This cozy little place, tucked away on a side street in Jerez, is the best kept secret in all of Andalucia!  The Inocente Fino is a magnificent pairing to the dishes which are not your common local cuisine.  I am very proud to say that they are all prepared by a former Colegio Miller student, Pepe Romero Valdespino.  Yes, I was his teacher many, and I will not say how many, years ago.  

Este acogedor bar de tapas medio escondido en Jerez es el secreto mejor guardado de Andalucía.  El fino Inocente que tomamos armoniza perfectamente con las tapas que ofrecen y que no son las tapas normales normales de la cocina popular.  El chef es Pepe Romero Valdespino, un ex-alumno del Colegio Miller y del que estoy muy orgullosa.  Sí, fui su profe hace muchos años y no voy a decir cuántos.

These dishes  are some examples of the incredible taste sensations that are offered at the Val de Pepe.  All the tapas we have tried are excellent and we highly recommend a visit to his establishment.  You will not be disappointed.
