Mis Amigos SHERRY EXPLORERS, el podcast Sobretablas nace con el objetivo de ser una plataforma accesible y entretenida para cualquier oyente, sea cual sea su nivel de conocimiento del mundo del vino.

My Fellow SHERRY EXPLORERS, the Sobretablas podcast was created with the aim of being an accessible and entertaining platform for any listener, regardless of their level of knowledge of the world of wine.

La periodista Laura Sánchez Lara será la encargada de dirigir los primeros capítulos, que tendrán periodicidad mensual, y arrancan con el titulado “3.000 años de historia”. Journalist Laura Sánchez Lara will be in charge of directing the first chapters of the monthly podcasts, starting with one entitled “3,000 years of history.”

Sobretablas, nombre que hace referencia a la práctica tradicional en la crianza del Vino de Jerez, y nace con el objetivo de conectar con el oyente, de manera amena y didáctica, a través de conversaciones con expertos – enólogos, capataces, bodegueros, historiadores y sumilleres…- que dejarán constancia de sus conocimientos y de una vida dedicada al sector. Habrá un capítulo cada mes. Los capítulos estarán disponibles en Spotify y en la web sherryacademy.org. Sobretablas, a name that refers to a traditional practice in the ageing of Sherry Wine, is born with the aim of connecting with the listener, in a pleasant and didactic way, through conversations with experts – winemakers, foremen, historians and sommeliers… – who will share their knowledge and life experiences which have been dedicated to the Sherrt wine sector.
