¡Casi listos para la cata del sábado! Almost ready for Saturday´s Tasting!

Last-minute preparations for our tasting this Saturday at the Hotel Pinomar.  Here are pictures of some of the wines that we will be serving. We picked up the Tio Pepe en Rama this morning right after it had been taken out of the barrel.   This wine will not be available on the market until April, so we will be the first persons to try this diamond in the rough.

Ultimos preparativos para la cata del sábado en el Hotel Pinomar. Aquí os mostramos algunos de los vinos que serviremos.  El Tío Pepe en Rama lo hemos recogido esta misma mañana que es cuando lo han sacado de la bota.  Este vino no saldrá a la venta hasta abril así es que somos los primeros en catar este diamante en bruto.

The La Goya manzanilla, another jewel,  is ready; as well as is the Monteagudo Pedro Ximénez which will be the last of the six wines we will serve.  The Leonor Palo Cortado, the Botaina amontillado, and the East India Solera cream, will complete our beautiful array of gems.

También está lista la Manzanilla La Goya otra verdadera joya y el PX de la gama Monteagudo que será el último que catemos de los seis que serviremos.  El Palo Cortado Leonor, el Amontillado Botaina y el East India Solera cream, tampoco faltarán a esta increíble cita.
