¿Podéis imaginaros pasar dos días dentro de una bota de jerez?  Viendo, oliendo, tocando, probando, escuchando jerez, y jerez y más jerez.  Eso fue Copa Jerez 2017 , una experiencia genial.   Participaron en el Forum sumilleres, chefs, enólogos y otros invitados del mundo de la gastronomía todos de primer nivel.  Os contaré más cosas pronto pero hoy comparto un vídeo de algunos de los TESOROS del JEREZ que se expusieron y cataron en el showroom Copa Jerez  mientras se llevaba a cabo la competición de los finalistas del mundo de la VII Copa Jerez, ambos se celebraron en la Escuela de Hostelería de Jerez de la Frontera.

Can you imagine spending two days inside of a Sherry barrel?  Seeing, smelling, touching, tasting , and hearing Sherry, Sherry, and even more Sherry.   That is what it was like at the 2017 Copa Jerez, an incredible experience.   Participating in this forum were sommeliers, chefs, oenologists, and invited guests from the top echelon of the culinary world.  I will provide you with some more information later, but today I would like to share this video which will give you a peek at some of the SHERRY TREASURES which were presented and tasted at the Copa Jerez  showroom.  This event was occurring simultaneously with the final round of the VII Copa Jerez world culinary competition, both of which were celebrated at the School of Culinary Arts in the city of Jerez de la Frontera.
