Un grupo de Sherry Explorers asistimos a las Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Sal y El Estero y disfrutamos a tope. Los restaurantes más representativos de El Puerto de Santa María estaban presentes así como el IES Juan Lara. Nos sorprendió el altísimo nivel de las tapas que compartieron, estaban exquisitas. Las bodegas muy bien representadas y hasta pudimos probar algunas de las Sherry Beer del Grupo Merino. No faltaron postres muy originales y café. Enhorabuena al organizador, Nicolás Terry, un año más las jornadas han sido un exitazo.
A group of Sherry Explorers attended the Sal y Estero (Salt and Marshes) Gastronomy fair and we all had a great time. The most emblematic restaurants of El Puerto de Santa María were present, accompanied by the culinary students from the IES Juan Lara. We were pleasantly surprised by the high level of creativity demonstrated by the tapas which the restaurants provided, they were all excellent. The local Sherry wineries were also well-represented, and we were even able to try some Sherry Beer produced by the Merino Group. Of course, there were plenty of very unique desserts available, as well as coffee. Congratulations to the event´s organizer, Nicolás Terry. It has been yet another year that this event has met with absolute success.
