Aquí os dejamos un pequeño resumen de la estupenda cata maridada con vinos de Bodegas Grant, Bodegas Yuste y Bodega Valdespino del Grupo Estévez, presentada por Mónica Zhou, Formadora Homologada, y Sherry Explorer de Shanghai, China.  El “Master” Devin Wei nos enseñó a comer con los palillos.  Grace Wei, (la madre de Devin Wei),  es la primera Sherry Explorer en el sur de China en Cantón.   Nuestro amigo, y antiguo alumno del Colegio Miller,  Carlos Chan Wu,  colaboró con las tapas típicas chinas y el equipo de las Sherry Girls hizo un trabajo genial en la organización y asegurando el éxito del evento.  Pronto os contamos más cosas de esta estupenda tarde.

Below is short summary of the paired-tasting event that was conducted with wines from these wineries – Bodegas Grant, Bodegas Yuste, and Bodega Valdespino of the Grupo Estévez.  The tasting was presented by Mónica Zhou, Sherry Wine Educator and fellow Sherry Explorer, from Shanghai, China.    “Master” Devin Wei showed us the proper way to eat with chopsticks.   Grace Wei (Devin’s mother) will be the first  Sherry Explorer that lives in Canton,  southern China.   Our friend, and former Miller School student,  Carlos Chan Wu helped us prepare the  traditional Chinese “tapas.”  As always, the Sherry Girls did a fantastic job in organizing and ensuring the event’s success.  Soon, we will post more details regarding this memorable evening.
