We are all set for the dinner that will be prepared by Chef David B. Yokuty  at the Tribeca 212 restaurant in San Antonio, Texas.   We will harmonize the dishes prepared for that special dinner with five excellent sherry wines provided by the González Byass winery in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.  We will also make a presentation regarding these wines and , as always, we will do our best to have our guests fall in love with them, as well as the land from which they originate.  As a result, we hope that they will come and visit us soon.  At the restaurant, we will also be presenting the beautiful photo exhibit that was prepared by Jerez native María Higuero – “Vida Visible e Invisible.”   Many thanks to Susy Matheu  of the San Antonio Casa de España, who is also a Sherry Explorer, for organizing this event.
