Bienvenidas a las nuevas Sherry Explorers: Jun Wang, Wenjuan Lu, Lina Huang y Lan Wang.  Todas de distintas ciudades de China como Shanghai, Qingdau, Hangzou y Yiwu.  Forman parte de la 1ª Edición de Sherry Tour avanzado organizado por Mónica Zhou, Formadora Homologada del Vino de Jerez, Directora de “Moni´s Sherry World” y Sherry Explorer Honoraria.  Este es el vídeo del juramento.

Welcome to our new Sherry Explorers: Jun Wang, Wenjuan Lu, Lina Huang and Lan Wang.  They are all from different cities in China, including Shanghai, Qingdau, Hangzou and Yiwu.  They are also part of the first edition of the Advanced Sherry Tour organized by Mónica Zhou, who is a Certified Sherry Wine Educator, President of “Moni´s Sherry World,” and a new Honorary Sherry Explorer.  Below is the Sherry Explorer´s oath.

Hicieron su juramento en chino y como pasa siempre, les cambió la vida!!

They took their oath in Chinese and, as always, it has changed the rest of their lives!!

El juramento tuvo lugar en el Restaurante La Carboná, donde Javier Muñoz y el Chef del Sherry, Javier Muñoz Jr., nos atendieron de maravilla y disfrutamos del menú maridado Álbariza´ con fantásticos vinos de jerez, exquisito.

The swearing-in was celebrated at the La Carboná Restaurant, where Javier Muñoz, Sr.  and the “Sherry Chef ” Javier Muñoz Jr., were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed their “Albariza” tasting menu which was perfectly paired with fantastic and exquisite Sherry wines.

Monica Zhou, fue nombrada Sherry Explorer Honoraria por internet en la Cena de Honor de este año.  Pero ya estaba aquí y completamos la ceremonia, le impuse la beca, y Javier Muñoz padre e hijo, ambos Sherry Explorers Honorarios de su misma promoción, le entregando el certificado y la “mini” copa.

This year, Monica Zhou, was named Honorary Sherry Explorer  via internet at our annual Gala Dinner.  But now that she was here in person, we were able to complete the ceremony.  Both Javier Muñoz Sr. and Jr., , who were both also named Honorary Sherry Explorers this year, bestowed Monica with her honors stole, her certificate, and her “mini”  Sherry glass.

Fue una noche muy completa, emocionante y divertida.  Gracias a todos, a Mónica Zhou, a las nuevas Sherry Explorers, a Paco Guadalquivir, a La Carboná y su excelente personal, a Javier Muñoz, al Chef del Sherry, Javier Muñoz Jr y a las Sherry Girls Ingrid y Sofía.
