Fuimos a probar este menú armonizado con jereces de añada de Williams & Humbert. Un menú muy estudiado, muy rico y original. Solo se ofrecerá hasta el 15 de agosto durante la cena. It is always a true pleasure to have lunch or dinner at the La Carboná Restaurant where the “Sherry Chef,” Javier Muñoz Jr. always amazes us with his culinary creations. This time we went specifically to try the menu which was specially paired with Williams & Humbert ´s “Añada” Sherry wines. It was a very carefully prepared menu which was extremely tasty and very original. It will only be offered until the 15 of August, however, and only during the dinner hours. If you aren´t able to visit La Carboná before then, it is well worth trying their regular menus, which offer equally exquisite dishes. It is a great honor that both Javier Muñoz Sr. and Javier Muñoz Jr. are Honorary Sherry Explorers.
