Fantástica reunión de los Sherry Explorers en nuestro campamento base, el Hotel Pinomar rodeados de un ambiente japonés y con muchas ganas de aprender más sobre ese maravilloso país y su cultura.

Fantastic Sherry Explorers meeting at our base camp, the Hotel Pinomar, immersed in a Japanese ambiance with the expectation of learning more about this fascinating country and culture.

Nuestros profes fueron Tomoko Kimura de Tokio y José Luis Jiménez de Jerez. Aprendimos sobre el vino de jerez en Japón y sobre la comida japonesa y luego pudimos probar y experimentar bocados japoneses muy ricos con nuestro fantástico mosto, vinos de jerez y con sake.

Our professors were Tomoko Kimura, from Tokyo, and José Luis Jiménez, from Jerez. We learned a lot about how Sherry wine is enjoyed in Japan, and about Japanese cuisine.  Afterwards, we were able to taste and experience a varied sampling of some delicious Japanese dishes, paired with sake, Sherry wines, and our very own fantastic wine-must.
