Sedona es un restaurante TexMex que inaugurado hace un par de meses en El Puerto, muy cerca del Hotel Pinomar, el campamento base de los Sherry Explorers.   Ofrece una fusión entre sabores del sureste de EEUU e ingredientes locales; utilizan la mejor materia prima contando con muchos de los pequeños productores de la zona. 

Sedona is a Tex-Mex restaurant which recently opened, a few months ago, in El Puerto de Santa Maria.  It is located near the Pinomar Hotel, which is the Sherry Explorers’ “ base-camp.”   It offers a fusion of American-Southwest. The chefs use the best culinary ingredients that they obtain from local providers. 

La carta es muy variada y atractiva, algunos de mis favoritos son la quesadilla de trufas y setas, los tacos de pato, y como en Texas, en cuantos te sientas te traen los totopos (nachos) con una rica salsa mexicana. 

Their menu is diverse and interesting.  Some of my  favorites include the mushroom and truffle quesadilla, and the duck tacos.  Also, just like in Texas, to start off you get a basket of tortilla chips along with a delicious Mexican salsa. 

Además de las ricas Margaritas y otros cócteles, no podían faltar… ¡los vinos de jerez! Tengo que recomendaros también las tartas caseras, exquisitas!!   Los profesionales que os atenderán son simpáticos, hablan inglés y hacen un trabajo perfecto. In addition to the tasty Margaritas and other cocktails,  you can also order…of course, Sherry wines!  We higlhly recommend the homemade desserts which are exquisite.
