
Sedona is a Tex-Mex restaurant which recently opened, a few months ago, in El Puerto de Santa Maria. It is located near the Pinomar Hotel, which is the Sherry Explorers’ “ base-camp.” It offers a fusion of American-Southwest. The chefs use the best culinary ingredients that they obtain from local providers.

La carta es muy variada y atractiva, algunos de mis favoritos son la quesadilla de trufas y setas, los tacos de pato, y como en Texas, en cuantos te sientas te traen los totopos (nachos) con una rica salsa mexicana.
Their menu is diverse and interesting. Some of my favorites include the mushroom and truffle quesadilla, and the duck tacos. Also, just like in Texas, to start off you get a basket of tortilla chips along with a delicious Mexican salsa.

In addition to the tasty Margaritas and other cocktails, you can also order…of course, Sherry wines! We higlhly recommend the homemade desserts which are exquisite. The professional wait-staff are very nice, they speak English, and provide great service. If you were wondering, there is also a Sedona restaurant in Rota, which is managed by the same owners.
