Este año la invitada a impartir la Catedra del Vino 2021 fue la periodista y Sherry Explorer, Paz Ivison. Paz es periodista especializada en gastronomía y vinos, sobre todo de los vinos de jerez, ya que como buena jerezana sabe que son vinos únicos en el mundo.
This year, the guest speaker for the Sherry Wine Master Presentation was journalist, and Sherry Explorer, Paz Ivison. She is a writer specialized in gastronomy and wines. Being a native of the City of Jerez, she is well aware that they are wines that are unique in this world.
El Presidente del Consejo Regulador del Brandy, Don Evaristo Babe, nos contó su trayectoria profesional que es increíble. En su ponencia, ´MODOS Y TIEMPOS DEL JEREZ´ conjuga los tiempos y modos gramaticales del jerez. Os preguntaréis, tiempos y modos gramaticales, a ver, conjugar los pasados, presentes y futuros; los perfectos, imperfectos y pluscuamperfectos ¿qué tiene que ver con el jerez? In introducing Paz as the guest speaker, Don Evaristo Babe, who is President of the Brandy Regulatory Authority, talked about her incredible professional background. Her presentation, entitled “SHERRY CONJUGATIONS AND TENSES,” humorously informed us about some grammatical conjugations and verbal tenses related to Sherry wines.
