¡Quién nos lo iba a decir!  ¿¿Afternoon Tea y vinos de jerez?? Pues armonizan de maravilla.

Nuestra Sherry Explorer Chef, Anne Lancaster, organizó esté Té típico inglés que se toma entre las 15:30 y 16:00h.  Todo lo que preparó Anne estaba riquísimo, el bizcocho de té matcha y almendras, el irlandés, el de Pedro Ximénez, los sandwiches variados, bocaditos salados y no podían faltar los scones!  Todo lo fuimos probando con té y diferentes y buénisimos vinos de la Bodega Fernando de Castilla.  Tomoko, Pepe y Paul fueron los perfectos anfitriones.  Fue una experiencia diferente y genial.  Muchas gracias por uniros a la celebración de la International Sherry Week.

Who would have thought that you could have an Afternoon Tea with Sherry wines?? Well, they pair amazingly.

Our Sherry Explorer Chef, Anne Lancaster, organized a typical English Afternoon Tea – which you normally have between 3:30 and 4:00 pm in England.  Everything Anne made was exquisite: the Matcha and almond tea cake, the Irish tea cake, the Pedro Ximénez cake, the variety of sandwiches, savouries, and of course, the scones!  We tasted everything with tea and some excellent sherry wines from the Fernando de Castilla winery.  Tomoko, Pepe, and Paul were the perfect hosts.  It was a very different and great experience.
