Estupenda clase en el Restaurante SEDONA de El Puerto: “Secretos de la Paella”.     Great class offered at the SEDONA Restaurant in El Puerto: “Secrets of the Paella”


Un grupo de Sherry Explorers asistieron a la clase de “Secretos de la paella” en el restaurante SEDONA en El Puerto de Santa María. El chef, Antonio Abad, con experiencia Estrella Michelin, dio una magnífica clase práctica de cómo hacer la Paella Valenciana, el Arroz con Bacalao y el Arroz del Señorito con sus trucos.  Todo acompañado del un Sherry Cocktail con el vino de jerez: FINO PANDO, de la Bodega Williams & Humbert.  ¡Todo un exitazo!

A group of Sherry Explorers attended the “Secrets of the Paella” cooking class at the SEDONA restaurant in El Puerto de Santa Maria. The chef, Antonio Abad, with Michelin Star experience, gave a magnificent practical class on how to make the Paella Valenciana, the Rice with Codfish, and the Gentleman´s rice with his tips and tricks.  All accompanied by a Sherry Cocktail with sherry wine: FINO PANDO, from the Williams &Humbert Winery, a great success!
