We celebrated Valentine´s Day at the Los Rescoldos restaurante in El Puerto de Santa Maria.    We had their special menu which was paired with an Aromaz red wine.  All of the courses were excellent.  The dessert was a delight to taste, as well as to behold.

Celebramos San Valentín en el restaurante Los Rescoldos de El Puerto de Santa María.   Tomamos el menú especial armonizado con tinto Aromaz.  Todas los platos estaban muy buenos y sobre todo el postre que además era precioso.

This is a restaurant which has always maintained a high standard of quality.  One of their specialties is a selection of grilled meats which is always spectacular.  The owner of this restaurant, which we highly recommend, is also its chef, Joaquin Ramírez.  Joaqui, along with his sons – Daniel and Joaquin, provide a first class menu and, very often, offer specialized tasting menus.
