The menu was delicious.  As an aperitif, we began with ham croquettes, and scallops in saffron sauce, which we paired with Tio Pepe Fino Sherry.  We continued with a pear salad, and, as the main course, we had duck magret in green olive sauce which we paired with a Bodegas Alejandro Fernández tempranillo wine: “El Vínculo.”  With our apple pie dessert we had a marvelous Osborne PX and with our coffee we had the perfect complement, a Brandy from Jerez.
