Muchas gracias, Chelsea por mi certificado.  Fue un verdadero placer para Discover Sherry colaborar en la International Sherry Week y poner nuestro granito de arena en este evento del mundo mundial.

Thank you very much, Chelsea, for my certificate.  It was a real pleasure for Discover Sherry to be a part of International Sherry Week and to provide our grain of sand to the avalanche of “Worldwine” fun.

Nuestra ZUMBA & SHERRY fue un exitazo, unas 150 personas bailamos y luego brindamos con Fino Quinta y degustamos tapitas ricas.

Our Zumba and Sherry event was a hit!!  Over 150 persons danced.  We later toasted with Fino Quinta and enjoyed tasty tapas.

Nuestro “Discover Sherry in the Shade” también fue fantástico, el tiempo muy bueno,  la viña de Forlong preciosa, los vinos estupendos la comida increíble, y la compañía maravillosa.

Our “Discover Sherry in the Shade” event was also a success.  The weather was nice, the Forlong vineyard was beautiful, the wines were exceptional, the food was amazing, and the company was the best.

También participamos en otras actividades.  Una de las más originales fue la cata y maridaje con comida japonesa en la Bodega Álvaro Domecq de Jerez.  Una vez más los vinos magníficos y la armonía con la comida japonesa, perfecta.

We also participated in other events.  One of the most memorable was the Japanese cuisine lunch held at the Alvaro Domecq Bodega in Jerez.  The harmonization of the authentic Japanese dishes and the unique wines was perfect. 

 

Nos gusto tanto la cata-maridaje con comida japonesa que repetimos.  Esta vez en la Bodega Gutiérrez Colosía de El Puerto de Santa María con sus maravillosos vinos, y con un grupo de amigos estupendos.

We enjoyed ourselves so much at the first Japanese lunch that we attended a second that was held at the Gutierrez Colosia Bodega in El Puerto.  Again, we shared outstanding wines, paired with perfect food and amazing friends.

 

 

No hay duda de que este evento ha sido a nivel mundial un éxito rotundo.  Enhorabuena al Consejo Regulador del Vino y Brandy de Jerez, a Chelsea Anthon y a todos los que han hecho posible que  más de 100.000 personas hayan bebido vino de Jerez en 22 países durante la ISW.

There is no doubt that International Sherry Week was a “worldwine” success.  Congratulations to the Sherry Wines and Brandy Governing Council, to Chelsea Anthon, and to everyone who made it possible to have more than 100,000 persons, in 22 countries, enjoying Sherry wines during this wonderful week.
