Este año participamos en el Sherry Festival en San Sebastián y estamos encantados.  Esta es la información de una de las catas que haremos.  Será en uno de los sitios más típicos de San Sebastián, en una Sociedad Gastronómica, la Baso Etxea,  y el menú será a base de diferentes pintxos donostiarras elaborados por el chef Iñaki, que armonizaremos como veis con vinos y un brandy espectaculares. ¡¡También haremos lo posible para que los asistentes se enamoren del jerez y hagan su juramento de Sherry Explorers!!   Pronto publicaremos la información de la otra cata que será en el restaurante oriental Tsi Tao, uno de los mejores de San Sebastián.

This year, we will be participating in the San Sebastián Sherry Festival and we are absolutely thrilled. Here is some information on one of the tastings that we will be conducting.  It will be held at one of the most traditional places in San Sebastián – the meeting place of the culinary society Baso Etxea.   The menu will be based on a variety of  “pintxos donostiarras” that will be prepared by Chef Iñaki.  As you can see above, we will pair them with some spectacular wines and brandy.  We will also do everything possible so that our guests fall in love with Sherry wines and that they take the  Sherry Explorer oath!!   Soon we will be publishing the details on the other tasting that we will be conducting at the  Tsi Tao oriental restaurant, which is one of the best in San Sebastian.
