Fue un curso de tres intensos días de aprendizaje sobre los vinos de la zona de Jerez como podéis ver en el programa.  Tuvimos ponentes muy interesantes y expertos en su materia.   Realizamos catas de los tres vinos Olavidium, visitamos bodegas y viñas, probamos nuevos productos del vino y como perfecto final, los asistentes hicieron su juramento de Sherry Explorers.  Os adjunto un vídeo que os dará una idea de cómo se desarrollo este completísimo curso de la Universidad Pablo Olavide.

As you can see by looking at the schedule above, it was an intensive three-day course that focused on the wines of the Sherry-growing region.  We listened to the speakers who were not only interesting, but they were experts in their fields of study.   We were able to taste three Olavidium wines, visited wineries and vineyards, tasted some innovative wine products, and as a perfect conclusion, the course attendees were sworn-in as Sherry Explorers.  I have attached a video which will give you an idea of the intensity of this information-packed course provided by the Pablo Olavide University.
