¿Aún no conoces El Laúl?  Es un restaurante muy recomendable.  Es como un oasis.  Muy bonito dentro y fuera, los jardines, la jaima, los comedores… El chef Eduardo Siloniz (Yayo para los amigos) que iba para matemático, se enamoró de la cocina y hoy tenemos la suerte de poder disfrutar de sus platos.

You still haven´t been to the El Laúl restaurant?  We highly recommend that you go and visit.  It is like a small oasis – beautiful both inside and out; with its gardens,  covered outdoor-patio, and cozy indoor dining rooms.  Eduardo Siloniz (“Yayo” to his friends) is the Chef.  He studied to be a mathematician, but instead fell in love with the world of culinary science.  We now have the great luck of being able to enjoy all of his creations.
