El Ateneo del Vino de El Puerto de Santa María, celebró su asamblea anual.  Nos reunimos en la bodega El Cortijo.  El acto comenzó con la proyección del documental ‘El vino nace en la Viña”, de la cooperativa vitivinícola jerezana Nuestra Señora de las Angustias, y presentado Salvador Espinosa Rodríguez, Presidente de COVIJEREZ.    A continuación celebramos la asamblea anual, y la asamblea Extraordinaria en la que se ratificó a la actual junta directiva.  También nos contaron los proyectos para este año que serán muy interesantes.   Para finalizar, los socios, entre los que estábamos un buen grupo que también somos Sherry Explorers, disfrutamos de una comida en la bodega El Cortijo.  Os recomiendo el documental y os dejamos aquí el enlace:

The “Ateneo del Vino de El Puerto de Santa María” (a wine-enthusiast organization in El Puerto de Santa Maria), held it´s annual membership meeting at the El Cortijo bodega.  The meeting began with the projection of a documentary entitled “El vino nace en la Viña” (“Wine is born in the vineyard”).  The film was produced by the Jerez Grape-growers and Winemakers Cooperative -Nuestra Señora de las Angustias, and was introduced by Salvador Espinosa Rodríguez, President of COVIJEREZ.   Afterwards, the annual assembly was held at which the the Board of Directors was approved.   We were also given a summary of the planned activities for 2018, all of which promise to be every interesting.   After the meeting, the members (many of whom are also Sherry Explorers) enjoyed a delicious lunch at the bodega´s dining hall.  We highly recommend viewing the documentary.  Accordingly, we have attached the link below:
