El Ajedrez Beachclub es un precioso restaurante en primera linea de la playa de las tres piedras en Chipiona.  Se puede disfrutar de espectaculares puestas de sol y además la carta es muy singular con una mezcla de cocina asiática, mediterránea y de la zona, elaborada con mimo por Chefs asiáticos y europeos.  La carta de vinos, elaborada por la sumiller y Sherry Explorer Kristell Monot, es impresionante tanto en lo que se refiere a vinos de jerez como a brandies y vinos tranquilos.  El dueño, Jose Luis Gil Passolas os hará sentiros muy a gusto.  El lugar es idílico y el ambiente perfecto.

The Ajedrez Beachclub is a beautiful restaurant located on the shoreline at the Tres Piedras beach in Chipiona.  There, you can always enjoy spectacular sunsets as well as a very unique menú which includes a variety of Asian, Mediterranean, and local dishes carefully prepared by European and Asian chefs. The wine list, created by somellier (and Sherry Explorer) Kristell Monot, is very impressive and includes an amazing variety of Sherry wines and brandies, as well as many traditional red and white wine favorites.  The owner,  Jose Luis Gil Passolas, always makes you feel at home.   The location is idyllic with the perfect ambiance, and we highly recommend it.
