Solo teníamos tres días para hacer el juramento, que ya os hemos contado, y un curso intensivo sobre vinos de jerez antes de que Courtenay y José Luis se marcharan. Fueron dos días intensos y serán unos representantes de los Sherry Explorers en Colorado, EE.UU., perfectos. Visitamos dos bodegas una en Jerez y otra en El Puerto y pudimos también visitar el Palacio del Virrey Laserna en Jerez para incluir un poco de historia. We only had three days left before Courtenay and Jose Luis had to leave, so after the swearing-in ceremony, we engaged in an intensive course relating to Sherry wines.  After all, they will be the representatives of the Sherry Explorers in the State of Colorado, USA. We were able to visit two Sherry wineries one in Jerez and one in El Puerto and even had time to include a bit of history by visiting the Palacio del Virrey Laserna (Palace of the Viceroy Laserna) in the City of Jerez.  We share some photos of the visit in the following video.
