¡Bienvenida, Entusiástica, bienvenida al maravilloso mundo de los vinos del Marco del jerez!  Eres la primera manzanilla ecológica del Marco, la primera.

La botella también es diferente.  Es transparente lo que permite ver el color dorado que me llamó la atención ya que es más oscura que otras manzanillas de dos años.    La etiqueta, muy original, es de un pintor ruso, Igor Andreiev, según dice Pepe, no es famoso y solo lo conocen su mujer y él.

Se han tardado casi cuatro años desde el comienzo del proyecto hasta llegar a este momento de presentación en sociedad.   Nos contaba Pepe Cabral, el autor de esta nueva señorita del vino, que el camino no ha sido nada fácil pero después de mucho esfuerzo, de mucho papeleo y con el entusiasmo que caracteriza a Pepe, aquí está.

Welcome, Entusiástica!  Welcome to the wonderful world of Sherry wines!  You are the first organic manzanilla sherry wine in the Sherry-wine producing region  – the very first!

It has been almost four years from the beginning of this project to this moment of presenting you to society.   Pepe Cabral, the creator of this young lady of a wine, told us that the road was not easy but after a lot of effort, a lot of paperwork, and with the enthusiasm that is characteristic of Pepe, here it is.

The bottle is unique.  It is transparent which allows you to see the golden color of this wine.  I noticed this immediately since this manzanilla is darker than most other manzanillas that have been aged for two years.  The label is also very original.  It was created by a Russian artist named Igor Andreiev.  Pepe says that the artist isn´t famous, and that only he and his wife are acquainted with him.

La presentación tuvo lugar en la Bodega Delgado Zuleta donde la manzanilla ecológica sigue su proceso de criaderas y soleras bajo la atenta mirada del enólogo Salvador Real.  El Director General de la Bodega, Jorge Pascual,  apoyó el proyecto desde el principio y aquí está el resultado.

No cabe duda que Pepe Cabral es un valiente y después de probar Entusiástica no nos cabe la menor duda de que será un éxito total.

The presentation took place at the Delgado Zuleta Bodega where this organic manzanilla  continues its “criaderas and soleras” aging process under the watchfall eye of oenologist Salvador Real.  The Bodega´s General Director Jorge Pascual was in support of the project from its inception and here is the result.

It appears that there is  interest in the sector in eleborating organic sherry wines since other bodegas are beginning to create them.

There is no doubt that Pepe Cabral is courageous, and after tasting Entusiástica there is also no doubt that it will become a complete success.
